This week's circular
The above circular will be in effect from
May 7th through May 20th.

Built in 1911, the Bromo Seltzer tower was not only Baltimore's tallest structure and the worlds largest four-dial gravity clock, it was and remains the world's grandest monument to over-the-counter antacids.

The tower was designed by Joseph Evans Sperry and built by Captain Isaac Emerson. Emerson was the inventor of Bromo Seltzer - an antacid consisting mostly of sodium bicarbonate and acetaminophen. The original tower featured a 51-foot, 27 ton revolving Bromo Seltzer bottle. Illuminated by nearly 600 lights, it was visible from 20 miles away.

While the big bottle is long gone, you can still read the "Bromo Seltzer" name on the clock dial - just start from 12:00 and read clockwise!

At Eddie's, we're no less proud of our brand name. And we find our small stores and friendly service to be the perfect elixir for the discomfort of the typical grocery shopping experience.
