To submit to the balancing of my cash register drawer by the manager or any authorized representative of the company at any time. 4. to report any work related injury to my manager or supervisor within 24 hours of occurrence. 5. To obey the rules and regulations of the company at all times. 6. I understand the company provides uniforms to be worn during work hours. I understand that if I leave without returning the uniform, I must be charged the cost of its replacement. 7. I understand that my courtesy, efficiency and honesty are continually being checked by paid shoppers, purchasing from me as regular shoppers. I understand that any major inaccuracy or willful misrepresentation will justify my immediate dismissal. Company policy requires employees responsible for losses to the employer due to the employee's negligence to reimburse the employer through payroll deduction. The types of losses covered by deductions include: 1. Losses or damages to company property 2. Cash shortages from monies handled solely by the employee. 3. Damage to customer's property. I have read and agree to comply with the above company policy. I understand that in agreeing to allow the employer to deduct wages for company losses I am voluntarily having my rights under the Maryland Wage Payment Laws which prohibits deductions unless authorized in writing by the employee. I also understand that in signing this statement, I waive no rights to civil litigation to recover deductions in court.
