Tandoori Chicken Tostadas

A fast, easy way to spice up your weekday dinner.


8 Mission white corn tortillas

1 Eddie's rotisserie chicken, skin and bones removed, meat shredded

8 oz. Tandoori Garlic Picnic Gourmet Spread

2 c. Earthbound Farm organic baby lettuce

1 mango, cubed

1/2 c. Major Grey's Chutney

To Prepare

Preheat oven to 450°. Spray baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray. Place tortillas on prepared pan and spray tortillas with cooking spray. Bake in preheated oven for 7-10 minutes or until crisp. Remove from oven.

Spread about 2 tablespoons of Tandoori Garlic Picnic Spread on each tostada, top with shredded chicken, baby lettuce, mango and a teaspoon of chutney.

To Serve

Set warm tostadas on a platter with extra chutney on the side.

Pair with Las Brisas white wine.
