Big Game Buffalo Chicken Dip

  • Prep Time: 10 minutes
  • Cook Time: 50 minutes
  • Serves: 6

A hearty and spicy dip that will score well with Big Game enthusiasts.

Ingredients

3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1-8 oz. package cream cheese

1 jar Marie's Chunky Blue Cheese Dressing

1/4 c. Frank's Red Hot Sauce

1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

1 Eddie's baguette, sliced

celery sticks and carrot sticks

To Prepare

In a large frying pan, bring 6 cups of water to a boil. Add chicken, cover and reduce temperature to medium low. Simmer chicken breasts until opaque and tender, about 25 minutes. Allow to cool, then shred and finely chop. Heat oven to 375°.

Spread cream cheese evenly along the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish. Mix together chicken, blue cheese dressing and hot sauce. Pour over cream cheese and top with Jack cheese. Bake for 20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.

To Serve

Serve warm with baguette slices, carrot and celery sticks.

Pair with New Belgium Fat Tire.

Eddie's Recipe Tip:

To save time try using Eddie's rotisserie chicken instead of boneless chicken breasts.
