Position Summary:
The Prepared Foods Associate is responsible for assembling, plating, and presenting prepared foods for grab-and-go cases, catering orders, and in-store service. Reporting into the primary Chef, this part-time role plays a key part in delivering a beautiful, consistent, and high-quality food experience that reflects the store’s brand and standards. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for presentation, works efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in food quality and cleanliness.
Responsibilities:
• Plate and assemble prepared foods according to recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines.
• Ensure all dishes are visually appealing, fresh, and consistent with boutique quality standards.
• Stock and replenish grab-and-go cases, deli displays, and service areas.
• Label, date, and rotate products following food safety and freshness guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times.
• Collaborate with kitchen and prepared foods teams to meet daily production needs.
• Assist with catering and special orders as needed.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support prepared foods operations and store needs.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned to support team efficiency, kitchen workflow, and an exceptional customer experience.

Salary:
• $15 per hour.
• Compensation is based on years of relevant experience, demonstrated customer service ability, and overall ability to multitask.
