Smell the jazz in the air. We're talking about Mardi Gras, New Orleans, Fat Tuesday and all of the deliciousness that goes along with it. Just smell the King Cakes baking in our ovens. Sugary Paczkis filled with jelly, apple or custard are ready and waiting to be indulged for Fat Tuesday.
Turn up the jazz, grab your Tabasco and leave the cooking to us. We're stepping up our game with some new Cajun recipes, such as Crawfish and Corn Hush Puppies, Jambalaya with shrimp, chicken and Andouille sausage, and cornbread and Andouille-stuffed Pork Loin, to name a few.
Our seafood department is filled with easy, pan-ready specialties, like Blackened Tuna and Catfish. Try making your own Po' Boys with fresh oysters, breaded and fried with tartar sauce on a sub roll.
Of course, you can always count on Shrimp Creole, Gumbo and Fried Oysters, all of which can be ordered through our catering department. So enjoy the spices, the flavors and the music, and let the good times roll!
