ONE MORE BITE
Tasteful Traditions for the Spring Holidays
The spring holidays of Passover and Easter are fast approaching. Holiday plans are under way, along with the added stress involved with preparing and entertaining. Eddie's catering allows you to keep up with traditions and enjoy your celebration, too.
Our Passover menu encompasses everything you need for the traditional seders, as well as enough variety to carry you through the week. We have the traditional gefilte fish, chicken soup and matzoh balls. But, have you tried our tzimmis or our apple matzoh stuffing?
For entrees, mustard-glazed corned beef, poached salmon and Eddie's famous stuffed cabbage are delicious options to serve alongside the traditional roast brisket and turkey. When it comes to desserts, our traditional coconut macaroons dipped in chocolate and our flourless chocolate torte are a chocolate lover's dream.
Coconut carries over in Easter traditions as well. Eddie's coconut cake is as delicious as it is beautiful. In celebration of Easter, steamed shrimp, frittatas, maple-glazed ham, buttermilk biscuits and peach souffle create the perfect brunch. For dinner, herb-roasted leg of lamb or beef tenderloin with fresh horseradish sauce set the stage, accompanied by creamed spinach and stuffed baked potatoes.
Whichever spring holiday you celebrate, Eddie's is a wonderful place to carry on delicious traditions.
Don't miss our Easter Tasting on Saturday, April 12, at Roland Avenue from 11 to 3, and Sunday, April 13, at North Charles Street from 11 to 3.
