4 oz Vanilla Citrus Blume Honey Water
1 oz gin
3-4 dashes aromatic bitters
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add honey water, gin and bitters. Give it a few good shakes. Divide among three rocks glasses, each containing a single ice cube.
Rub the rim of each glass with a piece of orange peel and drop the peel into the glass. Enjoy!
