1lb crabmeat
1 tsp ground mustard
1 tsp Old Bay
1pk Old Bay Crab Cake Classic Mix
1 tsp yellow mustard
2 tbs mayonnaise
dash of parsley
Combine all ingredients, then divide mixture into 4 individual balls and form your cakes.
Follow separate cook times for pan frying, broiling, or baking until golden brown:
Pan Fry: 8-10 mins
Broil: 12-15 mins
Bake: 18-22 mins
Serve with fresh summer produce and a side of Eddie’s Corn Salad, Broccoli Salad, Crunchy Coleslaw or Pasadena Pasta Salad.
