Marinate sirloin steak in 1 cup Eddie’s Caesar dressing. Cover and refrigerate for 3-4 hours. Grill or broil steak to desired doneness, approximately 5 minutes on each side for medium rare. Allow to rest 10 minutes before slicing. Slice thinly just before serving.
Meanwhile, in a large bowl, mix salad greens with sliced onion and blue cheese. Just before serving, toss greens with 1 cup of Eddie’s Caesar dressing. Place on platter with slices of avocado and wedges of tomato surrounding the greens. Top with warm slices of grilled sirloin.
