4 slices of The Breadery Sourdough Artisan Bread
2 t. Woebler Horseradish Sauce
1/2 lb. Eddie’s roasted turkey, sliced
1/2 cup Eddie’s traditional bread stuffing
1/3 c. Eddie’s seasoned saurkraut
2 T. Eddie’s cranberry orange relish
1 c. Eddie’s turkey gravy, optional
All ingredients should be divided to prepare 2 sandwiches. Everything can be assembled cold. If desired, turkey, stuffing and saurkraut can be heated in the microwave before preparing the sandwiches.
For each sandwich, start with 2 slices of sourdough bread. Smear 1 slice of bread with 1 t. horseradish sauce. Top with a few slices of turkey, then some stuffing and saurkraut. Spread some cranberry orange relish on the other slice of bread and place it cranberry-side-down on top of the sandwich. Heat gravy in the microwave or stovetop until hot and set aside in a small dish.
Carefully cut sandwich in half and serve. Serve with warm gravy on the side.
