1 pkg. Mt. Vikos Traditional Feta, 7 oz
4 oz. cream cheese
1 clove garlic, peeled and minced
1 T. extra virgin olive oil
1 t. fresh thyme leaves
1 thyme sprig for garnish
1 T. Hon’s Honey
2 T. pistachio nuts, lightly salated, chopped
1 pkg. Ines Rosales Sweet Olive Oil Tortas
Add feta cheese, cream cheese, olive oil, garlic and 1 teaspoon fresh thyme to the bowl of the food processor. Blend for 30 seconds until smooth.
Transfer to shallow serving dish. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with pistachios. Top with a sprig of fresh thyme.
Serve with Ines Rosales Sweet Olive Oil Tortas or pita chips.
