Fresh Mozzarella, Pear & Prosciutto Roll-Ups

An interesting addition to an antipasto and a unique way to top a salad.

Ingredients

1 pkg. Bel Gioioso Unwrap & Roll Fresh Mozzarella
1 red pear or Bosc pear, sliced thin
1 pkg. Galloni Prosciutto
Mrs. Weaver’s Mountain Meadow Pure Honey

To Prepare

Unwrap mozzarella on flat work surface. Spread slices of prosciutto over surface to cover in 1 layer. Top with slices of fresh pear.

Drizzle with honey and roll up. Slice in rounds and drizzle more honey, if desired.

To Serve

Serve as a delicious hors d’oeuvre or over fresh greens for a summertime salad.

Substitute Unwrap & Roll Mozzarella with Bel Gioioso Fresh Mozzarella. Cut into cubes, then "skewer" all ingredients, drizzle with honey and create an antipasto kabob.
