Ingredients
I ripe mango, peeled and diced
I ripe avocado, peeled and diced
2 T. red onion, chopped fine
Half of a small jalapeno, minced
3 T. fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
3 T. fresh lime juice
To Prepare
In a medium bowl, mix the mango, avocado, onion, jalapeno and cilantro with the lime juice.
To Serve
Serve atop or alongside grilled fish.
Eddie's Recipe Tip:
This salsa is also great as a filling for tacos.
