2 ripe Haas avocados, peeled, pitted and cubed
1/4 c. sweet onion, minced
1 small jalapeno, seeded, minced
Juice of 1 lime
1 T. fresh cilantro, chopped fine
Dash of hot sauce
Coarse kosher salt to taste
In a medium bowl, mash avocado with a fork. Add all ingredients and mix well.
