Before Eddie’s opens, our bakers, pastry chefs, and cake decorators are already at work—shaping dough, filling croissants, and creating the treats that have made our bakery a Baltimore favorite for 80 years.

We make over 40 items from scratch in-house: LIST A FEW. Desserts include decadent chocolate delice, signature chocolate mousse, and those legendary pumpkin and lemon bars.

Our bakery trays are perfect for any event, from continental breakfast trays to signature dessert platters. We also carry extensive gluten-free and sugar-free options.
