THANKSGIVING PLANNING 101
When choosing your Maryland-raised, Hillside Farms fresh turkey, plan on at least one to one-and-a-quarter pound of meat per person. If you enjoy having leftovers (and who doesn't), size up just a bit more.
But never mind those picture-perfect images you recall of stuffed turkeys emerging hot from the oven—it is much safer (and easier) to wait and fill a cooked bird with cooked stuffing, just before serving.
